Description
Lord Palmerston's proposal to transfer the Honourable William Francis Cowper from the Presidency of the Board of Health, to the Vice Presidency of the Council for Education. Right Honourable William Monsell proposed to succeed as President of the Board of Health. Duke of Norfolk proposed for the Garter vacancy. Submission for the transference of the Duke of Rutland from the Lord Lieutenancy of Lincolnshire, to that of Leicestershire and the appointment of Lord Yarborough as Lord Lieutenant for Lincolnshire.
