DescriptionQueen Victoria wishes to hear the results of the Cabinet [meeting]. She forwards a letter from the Queen of Portugal, which shows how completely [Carl Andreas] Dietz [preceptor to King Ferdinand] influences her. The Queen's cousin [Count Alexander Mensdorff-Pouilly?] will go by the Packet to Lisbon in the hope of being of some use. Queen Victoria wishes Russell not to show Queen Maria's letter to anyone as it is confidential.
