Description
Lord John will have heard from Sir George Grey of the Queen and Prince's safe arrival in Scotland on Sunday, after a very boisterous passage of 3 hours from Belfast to Loch Ryan. Their reception in Glasgow today, from an immense assembly of people, was most gratifying.
The Queen approves the pensions to Mrs Pennycuick and Mrs. Cureton being raised.
She is glad that peace has been concluded between Austria and Sardinia, and that the Prussian Chambers have been opened.
