Description
Queen Victoria has been thinking about the vacant Grand Cross of the Order of the Bath, and feels that Sir George Grey would be a very proper person to receive it. His conduct last year in those trying and anxious times was admirable; he is always a most efficient Minister, and is an excellent man, esteemed by all who know him.
