DescriptionQueen Victoria and Prince Albert much admired Lord John Russell's speech in answer to John Bright. The Queen regrets the abandonment of the plans for the Gardens at Buckingham Palace. She attributes it to the delay in bringing it forwards. With regard to the Rangership of Parks, Queen Victoria wishes to write personally to Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington offering him this.
