Queen Victoria is pleased with Lord John Russell's comments on Prince Albert's speech. Russell must admit that the Prince is possessed of very extraordinary powers of mind and heart. The Queen's pride in being Prince Albert's wife. Queen Victoria returns the papers relating to Landed Property signed, after re-consideration by Russell.
