Description
Queen Victoria thinks the Cabinet's decision regarding the strengthening of the Government to be the right one. The Queen approves of the offer to Macaulay for President of the Board of Control. The Queen approves of Strutt as Vice President of the Board of Trade and Paymaster of the Forces. Queen Victoria returns the Statistical Returns to Lord John Russell and trusts that they will be brought before her more complete and arranged in order.
