Description	Queen Victoria has received papers respecting the Treaty with the United States of America, which cannot but be beneficial to both countries, but trusts it will be considered as a whole, and that no power will be granted to the U.S.A. to denounce any part of it, a power which the President seems anxious to obtain and deprive us of all advantages we do not think it expedient to withdraw.
