DescriptionQueen Victoria believes that the Cabinet realise that it would be inopportune to press the Bill but take it up at the first favourable moment. The Queen does not wish the Bill to be entirely set aside to keep the Ministry together. She trusts the Country will appreciate the motives of the Government in postponing the Bill. Queen Victoria will support the introduction again at a fitting moment.
