WriterVictoria, Queen
AddresseeRussell, John, Lord
DescriptionQueen Victoria always makes it a rule to see her Ministers abroad before they leave Britain and when they come home on leave. She is therefore sorry Lord John has told Mr Murray to leave without his Audience; he has not yet kissed hands. If he has not yet gone, the Queen could receive him and Mr Jerningham on Saturday; if he has gone, she will receive Mr Jerningham that day.
