Description
Reverend Jeune (Master of Pembroke College) forwards Lord John Russell a copy of an address to Dr Hampden from fifteen heads of houses at the university. He refers to those who did not sign and states that he hopes the document will 'counteract the evil effects of the remonstrance of the Bishops'. He also mentions Dr Hawkins, Provost of Oriel. Copy.
