Description
Letter from Sir Charles Wood to Colonel Charles Grey enclosing a draft of the Savings Bank Annuities Bill for Prince Albert's information (see VIC/MAIN/C/59/22) and states that it will be subject to amendment but should still provide Prince Albert with an idea of the measures required. He also mentions that he has no papers with him so can only enclose a short memorandum regarding the clauses (see VIC/MAIN/C/59/21).
