DescriptionLetter from Henry Wood to Prince Albert, on behalf of the Committee of the Tailor's Guild, in which he mentions that Henry Mayhew, a correspondent for The Morning Chronicle, had previously requested an interview with Prince Albert, however this was deemed to be unnecessary until the Guild has 'assumed a sufficiently definitive form'.
