Description
Letter from Prince Albert in reply to Sir George Couper on the subject of Lady Dalhousie's proposed appointment as Lady of the Bedchamber. He states that the Queen will offer the role to Lady Dalhousie after the resignation of the Countess of Sandwich. He suggests that in the meantime that Couper hint to Lord Dalhousie that Her Majesty intends to do so.
