Letter from Edgar Bowring to Sir Charles Beaumont Phipps on the proposed valuation of outlying ground at Kensington and asking for Prince Albert's approval of drawings of houses Mr Jackson proposed to erect. Plus proposal to read letter to Disraeli to stop it getting into the hands of 'subordinate officials'. Includes note of reply recording that there had been no reply from the Baron [Villars].
