Description
Copy letter from Prince Albert to the Duke of Cambridge in reply to the request by the Royal Agricultural Society for permission to hold the Exhibition of 1862 at Hyde Park. He reports that Queen Victoria will allow them to hold the exhibition in Hyde Park as long as they adhere to certain conditions, which are further discussed in the letter.
