Letter from General Grey to Queen Victoria reporting a conversation with Sir Charles Eastlake regarding his contribution to the Fine Arts Commission and on the impossibility that he continue to have any involvement with decoration of the Palace of Westminster going forward. He also reports that Lord Stanhope had requested a pension for Lady Eastlake at the last meeting of the commission and encloses his letter to Her Majesty (see VIC./MAIN/F/31/111).
