Description
Letter from Lord Eversley to Sir Charles Beaumont Phipps regarding his proposal, for the Prince Consort's approval, that the letter to the Treasury be withdrawn. He suggests that this may prevent further difficulty between the Government and the commissioners. Eversley also wishes to withdraw his letter of January 1861.
