Description
Dr Philpott discusses the results of the mornings vote in the [University of Cambridge] Senate on the new Statutes and outlines the two Graces that were rejected. He also mentions that the Regent House consists of Masters of Arts who are of less than five years standing. The Non-Regent House consists of those of over five years and Doctors may vote in either House.
