Memorandum written by Prince Albert regarding his discussion with Lord John Russell on the subject of the Reform Act. The Prince writes that its is an important issue and that Russell should consult with his colleagues before submitting his recommendations to the Queen. He writes that the Prime Minister has agreed to forward his ideas to Prince Albert before taking any action.
