Letter from Lord John Russell to Prince Albert sending the letter of Sir George Grey he had previously omitted and reporting that Grey will consult with his medical advisors.in London. Russell cannot account for the article of 'The Globe', to which the Prince has previously referred to, as he had not shared the information with anyone other than Mr ?Mark, who is very discreet. He also submits the name of Lord Cowan to the Queen to be nominated as a Knight of St. Patrick.
