The Queen states that she is in agreement with Sir James Graham's assertion that another meeting will not lead to a new result and may possibly do more harm than good. The Queen also mentions that although he intends to open Parliament in person, she had not yet made that public and was subsequently surprised to see an official announcement in the papers
