Copy letter from Queen Victoria to Lord Aberdeen stating that she was sorry to receive his previous letter regarding the Ministers' arrangements and reluctantly sanctioning the postponement of the Council meeting. The Queen also expresses her opinion on the situation with Lord Palmerston and her belief that he will fail to break up the Government, as he had intended.
