Copy letter from Queen Victoria to Lord Derby acknowledging receipt of the draft speech for the opening of Parliament and stating that she is pleased to hear the Cabinet would further consider the Reform Bill. The Queen also mentions that their task will have been made easier by a correspondent in 'The Times', eliciting the opinions of 'extreme reformers'.
