Description
Memorandum by Prince Albert on the resignation of the government of Lord Palmerston, on 20 February 1858, in consequence of an amendment of Mr Milner Gibson, condemning it for not answering Count Walewski's despatch on refugees. The Prince reports that Lord Derby has formed a government from the Tory party alone.
