Letter from Lord Derby to Queen Victoria reporting that a general meeting is to be held at Willis's Rooms the following day, by the opposition. Lord Derby provides his opinion on the possible outcomes of the meeting [on the Reform Bill], whether it is successful or not. He also encloses a copy of an amended speech for the Queen's approval (see VIC/MAIN/F/13/12).
