Plus a number of independent Liberals had announced their support for the Government. He also reports of losses in Berkshire, S. Lincolnshire, Berwickshire and the Borough of Limerick. Derby also mentions the Prince of Wales departure for Gibraltar and the Archdeacon of Llandaff's elevation to the See of Bangor.
