Description
Letter from Thomas Rowlandson to Colonel Grey submitting his own plan in which sewage water could be made economically available in fertilising soil. He describes his use of a mixture of 'anhydrous sulfate zinc' and common salt and mentions that should Prince Albert wish to carry out any experiments using his method he would be able to forward the required material to him.
