Copy memorandum by the Prince Consort stating that the Dowager Princess of Leiningen wishes the Prince, as executor of the late Duchess of Kent, to take care of what was left to her and 'to put it out at interest in England in any way His Royal Highness may think best'. He writes that the best way would be to give it to Coutts to invest.
