Description
The Duke of Cambridge outlines his current position with regards to his precedence in the House of Lords. He points out that he has already taken his seat in the House of Lords as successor to his father, signing the Roll with his Christian name instead of his title. He states that no objection was made at the time and that 'Her Majesty's servants' do not have the power to change this.
