DescriptionCopy letter from Prince Albert to Sir Henry Wheatley in reply to his previous letter, stating that the warrant he requires is with the Chancellor and not with Mr Anson as he had previously suggested. As a result, the document could not be taken to the bank. The Prince instead suggests that the Trustees appoint a banker to act on their behalf and he asks that Sir Wheatley rectify this.
