Copy of case regarding power of the Trustees for the Duchy of Cornwall to invest and stating the opinion of the Law Officers of the Crown. They report that it is their opinion that the Trustees are not authorized 'to sell any portion of the stock and to invest the proceeds on the security of a mortgage of lands in England'.
