Description
Copy letter from Edward White to Lord Truro enclosing a copy of the opinion of the Law Officers of the Crown (see VIC/MAIN/Z/470/36) as to the investment of the savings of the Duchy of Cornwall, on behalf of the Prince of Wales. He reports that he has sent a copy to Prince Albert and suggests that if approved by the Queen, that a distinct authority be granted to the Trustees to make the investment.
