Description
Draft letter from Prince Albert to Lord Campbell enclosing a copy of the deed which constituted the Trust for the investment of the surplus revenue of the Duchy of Cornwall (not present). He lists a number of suggestions that the Queen wishes his Lordship to consider regarding the Trustees power to purchase property on behalf of the Prince of Wales. Prince Albert also reinforces the Queen's wish to continue to keep the Prince of Wales's private affairs out of Parliament.
