Description
Letter from Lord Liverpool to Prince Albert reporting that he had spoken with the Archbishop of Canterbury on the subject of the christening and that the Archbishop would perform the ceremony with the assistance of the Bishop of London. He reports that the Dean and Canons of Windsor, and Prince Albert, may be present, and that it is up to the Queen to determine whether she will require the attendance of the Archbishop of York and Bishop of Norwich. He provides further details of the intended ceremony and arrangements to be made for expenditure of the Lord Steward's department.
