He reports that the Dean and Canons of Windsor, and Prince Albert, may be present, and that it is up to the Queen to determine whether she will require the attendance of the Archbishop of York and Bishop of Norwich. He provides further details of the intended ceremony and arrangements to be made for expenditure of the Lord Steward's department.
