Prince Albert states that he and Queen Victoria are satisfied with the address to the public and that the Bishop of Norwich has given a satisfactory answer. He writes that he is glad to see that the subscription list has swelled and wishes the Archbishop of Canterbury success in his undertaking [for national schools]. (A note on the document states, 'See F.37/60-62, 70-72').
