Prince Albert expresses his wish for Colonel Wylde to see Count Mensdorff again and mentions that Dietz will be furious at Mensdorff being sent back again. He also refers to Oporto and states that he hopes Colonel Wylde did not show the court Lord Palmerston's last instruction.
