Description
Describing how the heat of Jamaica is causing him a skin rash which prevents him sleeping. The situation worsened while at sea and the surgeon [Fidge] gave him some antimonial medicines which made him feel better. Prince William is giving all the details of the illness to convince his brother of the inopportunity for him to go back to the West Indies.
