Description	Asking the Prince of Wales to procure him the channel service from Torbay to the Land's End. He would not be happy to be sent abroad and the reason for this must be kept a profound secret. Recommending the appointment of Mr Winne to Agent Victualler at Plymouth, and the promotion of Whitehead as Clerk of the Cheque in one of the Yards either at Portsmouth or Plymouth, or Commissioner of the Victualling. Tomorrow or the next day the Andromeda will be commissioned.
