DescriptionThrough Charles Pole, Prince William has received George's message about returning home the following Spring. William, however, would rather stay abroad unless health issues force him home. Thanking his brother for supporting his friend Winne's application [to become Agent Victualler at Plymouth], even if this was unsuccessfull.
He will sail for Jamaica on the 30th. He cannot live on his present allowance so that he is inevitably in debt.
