Description
The Duke reports of his last visit to the King giving details, in particular, of the King's health: the Duke says he seemed to be well physically but not mentally - he can have a conversation and reason, but he is showing 'an absolute vacuum of mind'.
The Duke of Kent visited the King together with the Duke of Clarence, so he can give his opinion on the situation.
