Description
The Duke expresses his gratitude to the Prince Regent for having sent through Blomfield [Surgeon] an account of his son's wound [George FitzClarence].
He remarks that he loves all his children but he values as well his country and would put 'all' his sons in the Army and Navy.
He encloses here the letters from the King of France [Louis XVIII] and [Marie-Thérèse Charlotte] Duchess of Angoulême, to whom the Duke is about to reply.
