Description
The Duke returned to Hammersmith to find his Major [George FitzClarence] suffering a compound fracture. The surgeon was anxiously waiting for advice from Astley Cooper and, in the meantime, the Duke lodged George in St James's.
As the Prince Regent has kindly given help and support to George, the Duke thinks it proper to update him on the present situation.
