The Duke assures the King of his and the Duchess's attachment and gratitude for the King's generosity (especially in the donation of money from the Privy Purse to pay off the Duke's debts).
Informing the King that around May they will set off to stay with the Duchess's family until Michaelmas.
The Duke is still suffering of gout; he wishes the King good health.
