Confirming that any letter marked 'Private', the Duke will keep a secret. The Duke will be very cautious in whatever he says, in case the Duke of Cumberland [Ernest Augustus] gets in touch with him. Before concluding, the Duke insists that the addressee reminds the King of the Duke's greatest concern for the King's health.
