Description
The Duke has received a letter and several pamphlets from a man he does not know but on whom, the Duke believes, they should keep an eye. The Duke will soon be in London to accompany McMahon to settle the question of the Duke's expenses with Lord Castlereagh; Barton [John] informed the Duke that there might be difficulties with the Insurance Offices which need to be solved as the Duke might need to go to the Continent again.
