Description
The extracts contains: the 21st Article of War which orders that any complaint of the unwholesomeness of the victuals should be quietly made known to a superior officer who would than proceed to rectify the situation. If a disturbance is caused on account of that complaint, the responsible shall be tried by the Court Martial.
It also contains the 4th Article in the Section of the general printed Instructions respecting Courts Martial.
