He encloses a letter to Isaac Nathan to accompany a book he left with Flinn. In a separate note he writes that, having submitted to the King the letter addressed to him by his wife Mrs Edwardina Flinn, Sir Herbert has received the command from the King to acquaint them both that he will not have time to pay attention to the content of that letter.
