The Queen reports that Augusta [Lady Augusta Gordon?] is feeling better although she has been very ill and she is still in quite a precarious state. The Queen is also not feeling very well and she is planning to change air soon. The Duchess of Gloucester [Princess Mary, Duchess of Gloucester and Edinburgh] perfectly recovered and Sophia [Sophia Sidney, Baroness De L'Isle and Dudley?] is also very well.
