Description
The Queen tells about the last weeks of Prince Alfred: his weakness, the days in Bath which brought some improvements; the sudden worsening of his health and his death. She and the entire family have been greatly affected by this loss.
She then addresses the issue of William's failed promises to behave better. Once again she urges him to take up a more responsible and decent attitude.
